This is oversized KO Version of MP15 version from the official bayverse line. It's not the original MP15 Brawl. See product photos of its height comparison with the original MP version as well as other toys of the main characters.
Inspired by the latest image of Brawl in the Transformers bayverse movie, it transforms into a heavy tank.
